Indoor flying
Chepstow School Hall
An indoor flying session has been booked in the hall at Chepstow School from 7.00pm to 9.00pm
on Thursday 30th June 2011.
Please note that this session WILL NOT be
paid for by the club. It is likely to cost around £5.00 each, but depending
on the number of participants, this may well be reduced..
All attendees wishing to fly MUST have BMFA insurance.
Please

Good
News!
The
farmer has given us a date to resume flying.
We
can start flying again on Saturday 21st May 2011.
Please remember that we are not allowed to drive down to the strip for
off-loading. We are only allowed to park in the field.
Two
members have negotiated with the farmer to drive down to the strip due
to disability. If you see them doing so, please do not follow their
example. The rest of the membership MUST NOT drive down the field.

on Sunday 15th May 2011.
Please note that this session WILL NOT be

Annual stoppage of flying at Woolaston for lambing
The
annual flying stoppage for the lambing season has been announced
by the farmer.
The last day of flying at the Woolaston site will be Friday 8th April 2011 until further notice.
We
apologise for the relatively short notice, but the recent spell of
mild, dry weather has caused a sudden flurry of births and we must stop
flying as a result.

have received an email from the Redditch Electric Flyers. They are
holding their annual bring and buy sale on Saturday 9th April 2011 from
10.00am to 2.00pm at South Redditch Social Club, Throckmorton Road,
Redditch, Worcs. B98 7RS. Admission is £1.00, which goes to the Air
Ambulance.
If you want to sell anything, there are tables still available. Times for vendors, 8.30am to 3.00pm. Cost of £5.00 per table.

FRMC Website - Version 2!
Welcome to version 2 of the website.
The old website was looking rather dated and was difficult to maintain as it was very disorganised 'under the hood'.
This new version is intended to be easier to use, more concise in
content, a lot easier to maintain for your humble administrator and
quite a lot cooler to look at!
This site had been tested with most of the big name browsers but if you
have any issues or spot any broken links etc, please forward any
