Good News!

The farmer has given us a date to resume flying.

We can start flying again on Tuesday 22nd May 2012.

Please remember that we are not allowed to drive down to the strip for off-loading. We are only allowed to park in the field.

Several members with disabilities have negotiated with the farmer to drive down to the strip. If you see them doing so, please do not follow their example. The rest of the membership MUST NOT drive down the field.

Indoor flying

Chepstow Leisure Centre

An indoor flying session has been booked in the sports hall at Chepstow Leisure Centre on Sunday 6th May 2012 from 3.00pm to 5.00pm.

Please note that this session will be paid for by the club.

All attendees wishing to fly MUST have BMFA insurance.

Annual stoppage of flying at Woolaston for lambing

The annual flying stoppage for the lambing season has been announced by the farmer.

The last day of flying at the Woolaston site will be Tuesday 10th April 2012 until further notice.
