Welcome to the Forest Radio Model Club Forum. Please note the following:
1) At the bottom of each forum page you will see an icon called
'donate'. This is nothing to do with the Forest Radio Model Club. We
have not put it there and we will not gain any benefit from it. You are
under no obligation to donate or pay anything to use the Forum.
2) When you first join the Forum, it will not allow you to use it
immediately. You may have to wait 24 to 48 hours, until your humble
scribe gets around to checking his email and authorising each
applicant. The system has been set up this way to try and stop
spammers and rogue advertisers from posting irrelevant and/or offensive
content.
3) There are rules in place on the forum. The brief set of rules is
listed below. The full 'terms of service' can be found by clicking on
the 'Forum Rules' button (right):
Forums MAY NOT contain any of the following, including but not limited to:
-Adult
Content,Obscene Content ,Harassment, Illegal Drugs, Terrorism, Piracy,
Hacking, Viruses, Racism/Hate/Derogatory/Slanderous, Promotion of or
distribution of copyrighted materials which includes but is not limited
to, the following: links to download pirated movies, software, games
etc from megaupload, rapidshare, and other such hosts/FTP/private
servers, Malicious software, Non FreeForums.org sponsored ads
4) Use of the Forum should be fairly intuitive and self-explanatory. In
the event that you need help, a set of instructions can be found by
clicking on the 'Instructions' button (left).
5) Please bear in mind that we are on a very low cost service and as
such it has limitations. If you find the Forum very slow to appear and
respond, please try other times away from peak times. Also, because the
servers are based in the USA, peak times will vary when compared to UK
peak times.
